As some of you know, we got HUGE flooding here (one of our main cities, and a whole state, is underwater). The government of that state came out and said that dam capacities are at above 200%. I was like, wow, do you know maths?

Well, Cane, aren't the dam's normally surrounded by parks and whatnot, as well as being in "depressions" in the land? So I guess that extra 100% could be the outlying area that is still considered "dam land"?
