The Dark Knight Rises, the highly anticipated new Batman movie by Christopher Nolan, will also star Brett Cullen and Chris Ellis after both actors signed on to the project, reports Variety. The Dark Knight Rises has announced a number of high-profile castings in recent weeks, most notably Matthew Modine and Tom Conti.
Cullen, best known for his small but integral role as 'Goodwin' on Hbo's hit drama 'Lost', will play a Gotham City judge in the new movie. More recently, the actor played Dakota Fanning's father in 'The Runaways' and is set to star in the forthcoming adventure movie 'Monte Carlo'. Ellis is best known for playing a special agent alongside Tom Hanks in Steven Spielberg's 'Catch Me If You Can'. He also had a small part in Fox's 'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles'. Both actors appeared in Ron Howard's acclaimed movie 'Apollo 13'. The newcomers join Christian Bale, who will once again reprise his role as the caped crusader, and Michael Caine who plays the butler 'Alfred'. Other new faces set to appear include Anne Hathaway, who will play 'Catwoman' and Marion Cotillard who plays the 'Wayne Enterprises' executive 'Miranda Tate'.
The Dark Knight Rises is scheduled for release on 20th July 2012. Christopher Nolan has announced that the movie will be his final film in the Batman franchise. He previously directed 'Batman Begins' and 'The Dark Knight'.

I dont like the Batman franchice at all but ill be interested on who is the cast Pretty much the same cast from the last two films with the inclusion of Joseph Gordon Levitz, Anne Hathaway, and Tom Hardy among others. Liam Neeson is supposed to return as Ras Al Ghul, his character from Batman Begins.
