Ermolli, whats the point of replying twice and offering help without actually commenting on the micro (other than pointing out the template) to, you know, help them? The second Steiner looks good. I like that you modified the face, rather than leaving it as a standard template with facial hair. When you do the pants, rather than have it as a straight line across the waist, try to curve it up the sides a tiny bit. For examples, go to one of our galleries and look in the wrestling micros section.

Face looks good so far, i'd recommend a temp with less shades though, it looks like you mixing up colours a lot (ex. the face being a different tone from the body) making it look a little disjointed. I think you got the basics down for the resemblance though, just some fine tuning needed here and there

Yeah sorry; i was going to comment on the micro at that moment but i forgot. Anyways, although there is not much to comment on the micro, i like how you started shading the head, it doesnt look flat which is a great thing. Try not to make the "front" part of the hair look like triangles. Also, it would be easier for you to just copy/past on half of the face (the one which is done) to the other side. Same goes for attires. Check out the tutorials so you know and learn how to do Anti Aliasing(i dont know how to spell it ). You should use darker tones of yellow on the lower part of the beard so it "flows" with the outline of the head. Also, you should make the rest of the body match with the head's shading, as Alex said.

Once again, my advice would be two make one side of the face and then copy/paste to the other side, so it looks better. Although, if you want to make more shadow from one side, as you did with the nose, you should do the copy/paste thing and then add more shading from one side. Also, you should use a darker tone in the face, for example the outline of the eyes, the "holes" on the nose, maybe the mouth; so the face has more "strenght".
On the attire... i think it looks good, but kinda messy. I dont like how you made the highlights on it, especially the top one; as it is a straight line. Also, the white "line" needs more AA, although i can see you tried.
I like your work so far. You have impressed me, compared to what i have seen from other new guys. Looking forward to seeing more from you
