I dislike that Next Gen ditched his whole style and basically made a clone of yours. Granted, the shading is better on your style than his normal, but now it lacks all individuality. It's another Diablo micro; it's not a Next Gen micro. Hogan's a solid micro, I vote for Diablo. Your probably right there but i do not plan to stay with this Diablo 2.0 style for long at all, i quite liked where i was heading with my normal style, at the moment im just trying to adapt to this template which i think is alot better then the one i was using and with my old template i felt quite cramped at times, In time you will see me bringing my original style into the micros and that the shading, shaping, design work will be all NG ;D. Thats 2-0 keep the votes coming guys Go back to your own style BUT incorporate some aspects of other styles to help push yours further and improve it. Example, the shading is a lot better on this style, so try to see why it works better and use a modified version on your own micros so the shading on yours is better.

That's pretty much what I still do to this day, Cane. I look at what I consider to be the best aspects of other people's micros and put my own spin on it. So while the base idea might come from say, CMC, it's still very much in my own style. It's the only way you can grow, by learning a new way of doing something even after all these years. It's the reason why after almost 7 years of doing it I'm still excited at how my Ben Roethlisberger is shaping up. I think it'll be my best micro ever.
