WWE Smackdown! Friday, March 16th.
The show begins with the opening Smackdown vignette, and the new Hardcore Champion, Dolph Ziggler is making his way to the ring with a microphone in hand.
Finally, I, Dolph Ziggler got my chance to make a name for myself last week by adding my name to the list of WWE greats that have held this title. Sure, I didn't win it the cleanest way, but it had to be done. I had it with the losses and decided it's finally my time to shine around here. This belt I wear signifies myself as one of the best in this company. Meaning i'm better than anyone in the back without a championship.
The crowd grows bored of listening to Ziggler, and begin boo'ing him so loud, you can no longer hear him on the mic. He raises his voice and starts yelling about how he's the champion and deserves some respect. The crowd dies down and he starts trying to make himself sound great again, and Mark Henry's music hits. The crowd erupts, cheering as loud as they can because someone has finally come to shut him up.
Opening Match Hardcore Championship MatchDolph Ziggler (c) vs Mark Henry Ziggler kicks Henry in the head over and over as he slides in the ring. But Henry pushes him away. Ziggler hits the ropes but gets caught in a Bearhug off the rebound. Ziggler somehow escapes and takes control after a low blow. He thought he got Henry worn down enough to deliver the Zig Zag, but he was wrong. Mark Henry doesn't even get taken down on the attempt. Dolph's body crashes to the mat. He makes it back to his feet, but turns face to face with Henry and falls victim to the World's Strongest Slam. Henry picks up the 3, and becomes the new Hardcore Champion. But Mark Henry wasn't finished. He brings Dolph to his knees and smashes the title into his forehead. Henry heads ringside for a chair, and does exactly what he did to Ezekiel Jackson. He smashes Ziggler's leg after a splash from the turnbuckle. Henry's cheers turn into boos and he walks off backstage with his new title over his shoulder.A 30 second clip is shown promoting the return of former WWE Tag Team Champions, The Worlds Greatest Tag Team. They will make their return next week.
The camera goes back to the arena where Wade Barrett is seen in the ring, making his return to Smackdown after being laid out 2 weeks ago. It's been a few weeks since you people last saw me. If you remember correctly I had a Number One Contenders match against William Regal. I was hoping for a clean match, but ended up getting smacked right in the back of the head with a steel chair. The shot was so devastating that it gave me a concussion, and that Codebreaker by Jericho didn't make me feel any better. But enough complaining because it just came to me the other night, that technically I won via DQ. Meaning, I am in fact the Number One Contender for the title! That isn't changing, no matter how hard anyone tries to change that. Especially that washed up, has-been, Chris Jericho. You come back thinking you deserve a title shot because you, and only you, think that you're "The best in the world?" Well, I guess we'll see about that tonight. No, you don't have the honor of getting your ass kicked by me, because i'm still not cleared to compete again yet. But I pulled some strings and got a match set up for you tonight in the main event. It'll be Chris Jericho taking on William Regal in a No Disqualification match! Whoever submerges as the winner will face me next week. And to make things interesting, i'll put my Number One Contenders spot on the line on the last Smackdown before Wrestlemania! Good luck, gentlemen.Match 2 Singles MatchChristian vs Sin Cara The second match of the evening finally kicks off. Christian didn't let Sin Cara's fast and agile technique get to him. Both he and Cara both went for a lot of aerial attacks in this back and forth match. Sin Cara looked to have the match in his hands as he set up for the C4 off the turnbuckle. But Christian overpowered him and pushed him out of the corner and onto the mat. He nailed a Diving Headbutt, and finished Cara off with the Killswitch. Match 3 Tag Team MatchKings of Wrestling vs Kidd & DiBiase Kidd & DiBiase worked well together for it being their first time teaming, but the Kings of Wrestling worked together even better. They dominated until about halfway into the match. Kidd distracted the ref while DiBiase low-blowed Castagnoli. Kidd becomes the legal man later on into the match and goes for the Code Blue but gets reversed into the Alpamare Waterslide. The match comes to a finish as DiBiase gets Dropkicked off the apron and into the announce table by Hero. Then Hero works with Castagnoli to do the KRS One on Tyson Kidd. Kings of Wrestling get the win. The camera goes backstage to Josh Matthews standing with Chris Jericho. He asks him about his thoughts on tonight's match. Finally, some decent competition. Believe it or not, I really have nothing bad to say about my opponent tonight... oh god, I'm turning into one of you pathetic pandering parasites. No, William Regal... is pure class, and I look forward to facing him tonight. But sorry old man, there just isn't enough room for yourself and the best in the world in the same ring, and I will make you tap to the Walls of Jericho and break your frail old spine. I will put you down, and continue on my journey to remove the title from Randall Orton's cold, twisted hands and reclaim my throne as the World Champion.Match 4 Singles MatchDaniel Bryan vs Justin Gabriel Gabriel managed to give the Intercontinental Champion quite the challenge in this bout. This match went on a lot longer than his previous matches, as Gabriel tried proving himself as a top contender. Daniel Bryan looked to have control after he soared through the air with a Front Missile Dropkick attempt off the turnbuckle. But Gabriel moved out of the way, and it was his turn to head up top. He goes for the 450 Splash but Bryan moves out of the way! He quickly gets back to his feet but is doubled over in pain and falls into the Lebell Lock. He taps out and Bryan gets his 3rd straight victory. Main Event No Disqualification MatchChris Jericho vs William Regal This match was all over the place. Both men used the environment around them to their advantage. They threw each other into the stage, the barricade, the steel steps. Jericho taunted Orton after he dropped Regal with a chair right in front of him at ringside. Orton got up from the announce table and got in Jericho's face. Regal makes it back to his feet and reaches in his trunks as the two argue. Jericho turns around after Regal taps on his shoulder. William Regal goes to lay out Jericho with the brass knuckles, but it's dodged and Orton gets knocked off his feet. Regal turns around and Jericho nails the Codebreaker on him. He slides Regal in the ring and gets the pin. The effects of the match are obvious as Jericho lies in pain for a moment. He makes it back to his feet but a bloodied Viper stands behind him with a sick look on his face. He plants Jericho to the mat with a vicious RKO, then laughs maniacally as the show fades out.

The next Raw card won't be posted, as it would spoil the main event that gets announced at Raw. So i'll just be posting the show.

WWE Raw Monday, March 19th. 2 Weeks Until Wrestlemania
The show opens up with a vignette of last weeks main event highlights, and Punks strange encounter. After the video, the camera goes inside the arena where fireworks are shot off, then Hawkins and Ryder head to the ring for Battle of the Broskis: Round 2.
Opening Match Singles MatchCurt Hawkins vs Zack Ryder Ryder is the first to enter the arena, and he has his camera in hand, looking for the Broski of the Week. He makes it to the ring and awaits Hawkins as his music hits. Ryder stares at the stage but no Hawkins. But then Curt is seen hopping the barricade and gets in the ring behind Zack. Ryder turns around and gets kicked in the gut, then sent to the mat after a Taste of Pain. Hawkins quickly goes for a pin and gets the easy 3 count. He points to his head, indicating he's smarter. Then holds up his fingers gesturing 1-1, then heads backstage. After both have gone backstage, CM Punk's music hits, then he and Colt Cabana head to the ring. Punk has a microphone in hand.First off ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to properly introduce my good friend Colt Cabana. The second best wrestler in the WWE as of last week. He made his WWE debut last week, in case you missed Raw, and won. And as I watched him kick Dolph Ziggler's ass, it came to me. How great would it be to bring back The Second City Saints from the grave, and introduce it to all of these mainstream-watching fans who have no idea what the indy wrestlers are capable of? I thought it sounded like a great idea, and mentioned it to Colt, and he agreed. So boys and girls, here they are...The two time Ring of Honor Tag Team Champions, future WWE Tag Champions, The WWE Champion, CM Punk and Colt Cabana!Punk smirks as the crowd has a mixture of cheers and boos. The crowd dies down and he starts to speak, but Alberto Del Rio's music hits. He heads to the stage with a microphone, and starts to say something. But then it's Del Rio who's interrupted by Drew McIntyre's music.Woah, woah, woah. You've got to be kidding me, right? You can't be serious. You're not announcing yourselves as a tag team again, you're trying to fool these people and Colt. He's just your backup plan in case you come close to losing that title of yours.
Yeah, you're using him to trying to keep me from fulfilling my destiny of becoming the WWE Champion again. But you see, i'm not going to let anyone, especially an indy no name keep me from getting the gold.
And the same for me. I said last week that the United States championship will be mine, and then your title. You tried announcing that guy as being the US Champion in no time. Not if I have anything to do with it. I'm going to pick apart your little team, one at a time.
You two want to call yourselves a tag team again? How about you take on two of WWE's biggest talents tonight in the main event. You two against us in a tag match. Then maybe you can prove that he's more than just a sidekick.
Alright, let's do it. You two don't phase me with your silly little assumptions. It'll be nice to kick your ass before 'Mania, Alberto.
All 4 men stare each other down as the show cuts to break.Match 2 Tag Team MatchOtunga & McGillicutty Evan Bourne and John Morrison Bourne and Morrison had the speed advantage, but it wasn't enough to beat Otunga and McGillicutty. Their chemistry together and power advantage got them the victory. Otunga pushed both of the high-flyers around a lot. But Bourne and Morrison started working him down with double team maneuvers. McGillicutty ran in to aid his partner, but got shut down and rolled out of the ring. Bourne runs at the ropes and leaps over them, landing on McGillicutty. Otunga comes from behind and does a German Suplex, then locks Morrison in a Headlock. Morrison fights out of it and Hurricanranas Otunga to his own corner and tags in Bourne. He heads up top for Air Bourne, but Otunga moves and quickly tags out. McGillicutty runs in to knock Morrison off the apron but JoMo pulls the rope down, sending him ringside again. Morrison springboards off the ropes with a Moonsault onto McGillicutty, but he misses. McGillicutty is back up in the ring and does the Perfectplex to Evan Bourne, he bridges it and gets the 3 count. Once again, Otunga and McGillicutty talked themselves up after the match. They said that come Wrestlemania, the titles will once again belong to them.Match 3 Singles MatchKane (w/ Cody Rhodes) vs Big Show Kane heads to the ring accompanied by Cody Rhodes as McGillicutty & Otunga are heading backstage. The heat between the teams is obvious. The two giants go at with with a fist fight at the start of the match. Kane ducks a punch and Big Show eats a Big Boot. It doesn't knock him off his feet though, just to the ropes. Kane runs at him and gets knocked off his feet by a right hand. Big Show begins to walk toward Kane but Cody Rhodes grabs his leg. Show turns and kicks Cody in the face. He turns back to Kane and gets another Big Boot, knocking him in between the ropes to ringside. Rhodes goes to slide Big Show in the ring, but Show pushes him, knocking him on his ass. Big Show goes to slide back in the ring but gets kicked in the head. He works Big Show down after a Clothesline from the top rope, and other various moves. Kane Irish Whips him into the corner, goes for a splash but Show moves and delivers chops that echo throughout the arena. Kane stumbles around the ring and walks into Big Shows hand wrapping around his throat. Big Show goes to lift Kane up but struggles the first lift. He lifts again but Kane reverses into a DDT that shakes the entire ring. Big Show looks out of it as Kane lifts him back up. The Big Red Monster slightly lifts Show up and sends him back down with a Chokeslam, and picks up the win. Match 4 Singles MatchMiz vs R-Truth Miz and Truth circle around the ring preparing to lock up, and Miz backs into the corner, keeping his opponent off of him. He kicks Truth in the gut while the ref tries holding him off of Miz. Miz with a right hand, then an Irish Whip. Truth hits the ropes and comes back with a reversal into a pin, but only gets a 1 count. The match goes back and forth after multiple reversals. Truth hits the ropes and knocks Miz down with a Spinning Forearm Lariat. Truth steps back as Miz makes it to his knees. He runs at him, going for the Axe Kick, but Miz dodges, catching him off guard with the Skull Crushing Finale, then pins him for the 3. R-Truth rolls out of the ring and goes backstage disappointed as Miz gets a microphone. People have been asking me what it feels like to lose the Hardcore Titie, well it feels Great. The hardcore championship held me down, TMZ, ESPN wanted nothing to do with me because being in a Hardcore environment would damage the face. I deserve better then the Hardcore Championship I am a main eventer, I am the top star in this Company and i deserve to go for championships that are more agreeable to my standards like the WWE Title. People come to RAW wanting to see The Miz beating the top superstars in the world and not to face a bunch of jobbers trying to make a name for themselves. So from now on its bigger and better things for me because IM THE MIZ.........AND IM AWESOMEEEEE. Main Event Tag Team MatchThe Second City Saints vs Alberto Del Rio and Drew McIntrye Colt and McIntyre started the match off, and Drew took control right off the bat, beating Colt senseless. The much needed tag is eventually made to Punk and he takes down McIntyre with an Enziguiri and knocks Del Rio off the apron. He Irish Whips Drew McIntyre to the corner and hits him with a Shining Wizard to Bulldog combination. He goes for a pin attempt but Del Rio slides the ref out of the ring. While Punk has his attention on Del Rio, McIntyre attacks him from behind and makes the tag. Alberto beats on Punk while he's down and then takes control. He wore Punk down and finally went for a pin, but McIntyre pulled him off, and Del Rio began arguing with him. Punk turns ADR around and Roundhouse Kicks him, and Colt sneaks up behind Drew at ringside and sweeps him off the apron. Colt gets in the ring and sets Del Rio Up for the Cabanarama, but holds him up and lets Punk deliver a Shining Wizard, then finishes the Cabanarama. Punk pins Del Rio while Colt keeps McIntyre from getting the save. The Second City Saints pick up the victory. After the match all of the lights in the arena suddenly go out. When they turn back on, an urn lies in the middle of the ring. Beside it is a picture with Punk crossed out, and it reads R.I.P below him in bold black print. The screen fades out as the show ends.
