You really need to work on faces more. Really study the pictures and see their expressions. Particularly the eyes, lines from the nose, etc. You've got him doing his cocky tongue-poking look, yet the eyes look like he's about to cry. I'm nowhere near perfect with faces, I understand they can be hard, but resemblence is constantly letting your micros down. Just try to put more effort to use reference pictures to capture every feature, rather than just "random guy with goatee and tongue out".
Having said that, the clothes are exceptional and really well done. You're improving a lot in that area.
This took 5 minutes while looking at a reference picture. I made the eyes match the look more, and also added more of the line/indents from the nose over his cheek. Not sure what to call them, but with a "pose"/look like he is doing, they become a lot more prominent.
