I only recently got a camera, so no pics, but some shows I've seen:
KISS Not a huge KISS fan in the first place (though i was when i was younger), but I went with a few friends. It was an outdoor festival, and it was clearly way, waay over capacity for the KISS show. I wasnt too close to the stage, but i had a clear view of the band. But the crowd, being as tightly packed as it was, had so many people trying to push to the front that it kinda ruined the show for me. The band itself played well, and had all the theatrics you'd expect, and hearing songs like Love Gun and Black Diamond live was pretty awesome. One complaint though, is that between every song, Paul would d that cheesy pandering to the city talk, blah
Black Eyed Peas Only reason i saw them was cuz I was able to get the tickets for free and the girl i was seeing was a huge fan. The show wasnt as bad as I'd thought, the live instruments gave the songs a more rock feel to them, and the stage show was pretty cool, one of them was on a flying motorcycle at one point.
Jay-Z This was an awesome show, again had free seats. Stage set-up was awesome, and he engaged the crowd throughout the whole show, and not in the cheesy way KISS did it. The tour was for the Blueprint 3 album but he played all his greatest hits, even did the Linkin Park remix of Encore which i loved.
Girl Talk Not as well known as some of the others, but this was without a doubt the funnest concert I've been to. He's a DJ who's songs are mashups of about 20+ songs, and his concert was pretty much a endless flow of songs, al great mash-ups, it had rained earlier (this was outdoors) but the crowd danced the whole way through in the mud.
Others:
Knaan Mother Mother AlexisonFire Tiesto NERD
I'll update next week, with pics, after I see Roger Waters perform "The Wall" live this sunday, which im sure will be mind-blowing

Just saw Roger Waters yesterday, the show was beyond satisfying, loved every minute of it. The man sounds exactly as he did all those years ago, and the dude they got to fill in David Gilmour's parts sounded just like him. He definately upped the anti-war message from the original stage-show. If your not familiar with the set-up of the show, a massive wall is constructed in front of the band during the first half of the show, and by intermission, completely isolates the band from the audience. The wall is used as a giant projection screen, at one point a portion of the wall folds out into a hotel room set-up, and huge inflatable puppets drop in every now and then. A lot of these things I caught on video rather than photo, so i might update with a couple vids. pics pre-show "The Thin Ice" (images of those who died in war were projected as individual bricks, starting with Water's Father) "Mother" (with the man himself in the spotlight) "Empty Spaces" "Dont Leave Me Now" The Wall Completed "Bring The Boys Back Home" "Outside The Wall" Watching that wall come down was immense!

I've never actually been to a concert, yet I got tickets to my first the other day. Me and my buddies got three tickets to Foo Fighters next year at Milton Keynes. Biffy Clyro, Jimmy Eat World and The Hot Rats are supporting. With Foo's being my favourite band, this being my first concert, and the fact I'm going with my best friend and another close friend, I can't fucking wait.

I wanted tickets to this sooooo bad, and forgot to get tickets when they came on sale, and they sold out when I remembered the next day. So now, the only place to get tickets is from the market, which are £100+. Wayyyy too much for a student, in a lot of debt . Also never been to a gig before. But I have been told that Tenacious D are doing a US tour next year, promoting a new album, so they could also tour the UK. Definitely getting tickets to that if it happens. The strange thing could be that I start playing gigs before I go to one.
