Since I last logged on, 15 others have logged onto the forum yet NONE of you made a single post. Don't say "you don't have to time", because if you didn't you wouldn't be logging on and lurking. It only takes a minute or two to reply or a few things, but obviously that's way too hard? I'm sick of having to make these posts every month or two because everyone, including mods/admins, become lurkers.
I guess you all want the forum dead?

Pretty much this. And whenever I do post something I've been doing, I hardly get any responses.
Yeah, that is a fair point. But the problem is, that everybody is thinking that, so they don't post stuff. If just 3-4 started replying to a bunch of things, activity would be up, then more would start. If its only 1-2 posting, then everybody else stops posting as much and everything dies.
It seems like the board hit a high point around the Throwback show and since then has just sunk a couple posts a day. Its pretty miserable, especially considering were approaching whats supposed to be our biggest show. I also HATE that almost everyone only makes micros for shows now. I have a ton of unposted micros, but if no one else is posting in the micro board, im not gonna clutter it with my stuff. Its really annoying that the board is only semi-active when the shows come around, and for the rest of the month is dead
Also it seems most just rely on Josh to boost activity, I think its time to put the onus on the rest of us and see where it goes, rather than having one person putting in all this work to no avail. These threads keep coming up every few months and its always the same, some people just post for a couple days, and then dont follow through, it would be nice to see an activity spike actually last long-term
