I'm doing a tutorial thing now for you, but it's very hard when your micros saved as jpg. It drastically lowers the quality. Remember to save all micros as .png files to keep them high quality.
I'm trying to fix the quality of this as much as possible, but I can only do so much.

Okay I'm done. One thing first, unfinished micros get posted in the Micro Help and History board. This one is for finished micros. Before you start shading and adding colours, do all the outlines. This saves you from all the effort if you need to change the shaping. By doing the outlines first, you can see when it looks good enough to start shadingh and adding the colour to it. Make sure to look at the pictures to see how the shape of it should be. See where the jacket comes down to on his body, how the bowtie/tie looks, etc. By copying the picture as much as possible, it will be more accurate and hopefully look more natural. Take it slowly when doing the shaping too, there's no rush. Try to get it looking great before you start the shading/shaping. Do it in pieces. By that I mean, don't try to do the whole tuxedo at once. Do the jacket, then the bowtie/tie, then the shirt, etc. This makes sure they all sit properly and look natural. Also, non-relating to the tuxedo, but when doing the hair, make sure you have it come down the side of his face too, so it looks natural. The way you done his "normal" face's hair looks like its shaved down the sides. Also, on the "burned" side's hair, you need to shade the hair so it has depth too, just like the clothes. I fixed both of these to show you what I meant. I also recommend not using templates with those hands, as they look like crab claws. ___________ Hope it helps!

It was .bmp, and its on my computer as .bmp, and I guess my Photobucket auto-converted it for .jpg. Sorry for the trouble, Cane. And thanks a bunch! This really helped. You're really a great help, man. I'll post back soon when I touch this up, man. Also, I swear I posted it in the Micro Help board, ...maybe someone accidentally moved it? or a mistake on my part.

Shaping is pretty good, overall. The jacket should be a bit longer, as should the sleeves of the jacket. Also, I recommend copy/pasting and flipping one side to the other so both sides are symmetrical. I must admit the shading is pretty bad. Go to a micro made by MJH, CMC, Alex or myself and see how we shade the clothes and see the difference. Yours is very pillowy, and by that I mean its blurry and awkward.
I will do a shading tutorial sometime to give to you to help, but until then, try to look off veterans micros for tips.
