I had a blast tonight. Started the day with Art of Dying playing. They did amazing. I think they deserved to be higher up in the lineup, especially over Theory of a Deadman's lackluster performance. Next was Halestorm/Helmet who I missed playing because I ran into Art of Dying at the merchandise table! I talked to Johnny, the lead singer for a few minutes and even got a pic with the band which I attached to this post. Then it was back to the show for Skillet who also did amazing. I was blown away. Then Theory of a Deadman played and it sucked. They were horrible. Didn't play hardly at all, just talked to the crowd mostly. Very boring. Then it was the beginning of the greatest lineup. Starting with Seether who did awesome. They brought the chick from Halestorm on stage to sing Broken with Shaun Morgan. It was great. Then they did a cover of Heart Shaped Box by Nirvana that was completely awesome. I loved it. Next up was Three Days Grace who also did awesome. Adam was great. They sung I Don't Care and then covered Limp Bizkit's "Break Stuff" which rocked so much ass and then the most random cover ever came up with them singing Eminem's "Lose Yourself" with Adam Grontier RAPPING! incredible lol. Next we had Stone Sour who absolutely blew my mind. Corey Taylor was amazing. Awesome experience bcuz I'm such a huge Corey Taylor fan. It was awesome. They sang forever. Then we had the headliners A7X who did awesome too. They had pyro and all kinds of crazy shit going on. Nightmare was amazing and a mosh pit broke out right next too me and a friend of mine lol awesome damn night I'll be adding more pics and videos this week to this thread. I had a blast seeing all of these bands for the first time. Greatest night ever. Gonna be seeing All That Remains soon which will be badass. Attachments:

Yeah, I've been lucky enough to see Stone Sour a few times now and also Seether and they are fantastic live. I dont have any real interest in Helmet, A7X or Theory of a Deadman, but I'd like to see Skillet, Halestorm and Art of Dying.

Be jealous lol it was awesome. I attached a picture of the stage that I took with my phone. I have videos on my camera of seether, stone sour, art of dying, and a7x as well as pics that I'm gonna post today or tomorrow. Best most random thing I saw was a guy prolly around 18 wearing a zack ryder shirt of all things and I yelled HEY BRO! WOO WOO WOO YOU KNOW IT! and he did the long island hand sign. It was hilarious Attachments:

I hope Seether get a tour guitarist soon. I love their heavier sound with two guitars.

Yeah... I paid more than that to see Seether by themselves ($44).... and double that to see Stone Sour by themselves ($84). Ticket prices are ridiculous here.

Figured I'd post some general memorabillia here. This is from my music/wrestling/ufc/USA section on my wall. Shows some autographs, tickets, USa memorabilia from when I was there (Coconut M&Ms, $1 note, etc.). Take note of the ticket prices!Soundwave 2011 $161 All-American Rejects/Hoobastank $67 Stone Sour are the ones I won, so they say $0, but I also bought tickets for $84. A Sound Mind, a band you probably barely know was $20 haha. Autographs: Toby Rand (from Juke Kartel) Juke Kartel Seether (Shaun Morgan/Dale Stewart) Picks: Shinedown's Zack Myers' concert-used Metallica's Kirk Hammett's concert-used Pick of Destiny I got with the DVD Stone Sour's Jim Root's concert-used.
