WWE Smackdown! Friday, March 9th.
Smackdown begins with a replay vignette of what happened last week with Chris Jericho's return.
Opening Match Singles MatchMark Henry vs Ezekiel Jackson The opening match was an amazing way to start off the show. Both of these muscle machines got a lot of powerful moves and hard strikes in on their opponent. The match kept going back and forth from Big Zeke seemingly about to win to Henry almost stealing the victory. Jackson brought the clash to a close though, after Henry went for a clothesline and was tossed ringside. After the count out had got to 7, he slid back and and went for a shoulder block but got caught up in a monsterous sidewalk slam and got the pin. While Jackson celebrated his victory, The World's Strongest Man brought Zeke down with a chop block and multiple kicks to the ankle. He grabbed a chair and proceeded to wrap Ezekiel's leg up in it, and smashed Zeke's ankle with a splash from mid turnbuckle. After medics run Henry off, the camera goes backstage where Daniel Bryan stands before the camera. My name is Daniel Bryan. I have wrestled all over the world and now, I’m your WWE Intercontinental Champion. When I was on NXT, I was one of the first guys eliminated. The whole time I was on NXT I was told that I was nothing more than an indy star. I was nothing more than a little fish swimming in the ocean. But you see that’s funny…because this little fish is the ONLY person from NXT to have any success. A guy who was eliminated FIRST is the ONLY MAN to have any success. Your “winners” are nothing more than over glorified losers, but the so called “loser” and “nerd”……well he’s standing here as a former United States Champion and the current Intercontinental Champion. I don’t need to tell anybody how good I am, you already know it. But I’m going to tell you anyways. How many people in that locker room have competed in thirty, forty, fifty, hell, SIXTY PLUS MINUTE MATCHES!? How many people in that locker room have competed with their retina completeley detached!? I’ll tell you how many, one. And that one, is me. My name is Daniel FREAKIN’ Bryan….and I. AM. WRESTLING! Like it or not, I’m the best. You think I’m wrong? Then step in the ring with me and try to take this Intercontinental Championship.Match 2 Triple Threat MatchDaniel Bryan vs Heath Slater vs Tyson Kidd After what DB said prior to the match, Kidd and Slater worked together to keep him from every really having control of the match. The two worked together throughout most of the match. But as soon as one went for a pin, it was over with. Slater went for a pin attempt and Kidd delivered a dropkick right to Heath's face. The two begin to brawl it out, forgetting all about Bryan, who attacks them both from behind. He then sends Slater straight to the mat with a double underhook suplex. Tyson Kidd tries to take advantage of Daniel Bryan who looked to be down and out, but Bryan manages to reverse it into a LeBell lock, forcing Kidd to tap out. Moments after the match, Chris Jericho's music hits and he heads to the ring and grabs a mic."There is a plan. Unlike you unintelligent imbeciles, I am actually capable of having a bigger picture. That picture... is the World Heavyweight Championship back around my waist. The last time I held that belt, which is now held by Randy Orton, was the SmackDown after WrestleMania 26. That night, the parasite better known as "The Ahlll Amehricann Amehricann" Jack Thwagger, came out and cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. He stole my gold. Not only that, he morphed into a wannabe Chris Jericho. He stole my demeanour, he stole my vocabulary, he even stole my fashion. The sad part is, Jack, your only success came from you trying to act like me. So tonight, the real Chris Jericho will stand up. I am coming for you and I will hurt you. I will end your career and take everything that matters from you, just like you did to me. Because in the end, you're just a small piece of the puzzle in my plan, as I prove to you, and all the other sycophantic hypocrites in this building that I am still the best... in the world... at what I do."Match 3 Singles MatchChris Jericho vs Jack Swagger Before the match could even begin, Jericho already had the upper hand. As Swagger was on the apron getting in the ring, Jericho dropkicked him ringside, and beat him while he was down. After both men had made it into the ring and the match officially started, Swagger began to fight back. After multiple maneuvers and trying to wear Jericho down, Jack went for the corner slingshot splash, but Jericho rolled out of the way at the last second. As Swagger made it back to his feet, Jericho rebounds off the ropes with a facebuster, and went for a Lionsault. Swagger who rolls out of the way this time, but Jericho lands on his feet. Swagger makes it back to his feet and goes for a big boot, and yet another counter by Jericho who ducked and ended the match with a Codebreaker. Main Event Singles MatchRandy Orton vs Sheamus Sheamus put up fantastic fight, controlling most of the beginning of the match, but Orton regained his composure and dominated the rest of the match. Orton began stalking Sheamus to finish him with the RKO, but Chris Jericho walks out to the stage. It catches Orton's attention and Sheamus used that to an advantage. He grabbed Orton from behind and dropped him with an spine-shattering Celtic Cross. Sheamus wins after the 3 count. Sheamus runs off backstage as Jericho stares and smirks from the ramp to Orton, who looks as if he's about to burst with rage. He does the 'I'm watching you' gesture and says "Your time is coming. Just wait."
The show ends and the screen fades out.

WWE Raw Monday, March 12th.
The show begins backstage with CM Punk entering the arena. The parking area is darker than usual. He exits his car with his gear and his WWE Championship hanging over his shoulder. As he heads to the door, a dark figure on a motorcycle blocks his path. After an eerie staredown, he takes off out of the parking lot.
The opening Raw vignette shows and the show begins with Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins making their ways to the ring.
Alright, bro, since you obviously were trying to steal my thunder last week, I designed a little contest to see who the better Superstar truly is. The rules are simple, best of 3 wins. We fight it out this week, next week, and at the granddaddy of them all, Wrestlemania to put on a show that will go down in the history books. Woo woo woo, you know it.
Opening Match: Battle of the Broskis Curt Hawkins vs Zack Ryder
The match had lots of reversals as both men knew each others technique so well. As soon as one seemed to have the advantage, the other would somehow get momentum. Ryder was setting up for the Zack Attack at one point, but Hawkins slipped out and STO'd him. And then when Hawkins had the upper hand, he set Ryder up for the Taste of Pain, but then it was Ryder with the reversal, nailing the Rough Ryder. He went for the 3 count, but Hawkins kicked out. But men were out for multiple seconds, but made it back to their feet around the same time. Hawkins quickly goes for a running dropkick, and misses. Ryder stalks him as he gets back up, and Ryder gets the 3 after a Lifting Inverted DDT.
Ryder makes a 1-0 gesture with his hands, and heads backstage.
CM Punks new song hits the PA. The WWE Champion makes his way down to the ring in basketball shorts and a Best in the World t-shirt, holding a mic in his hand. Obviously not dressed for competition.
'Ya know, it's sad that week in and week out I come out here and prove to each and every one of you that I really am the best at what I do. I've brought down Superstars such as 'the invincible' John Cena, Big Show, and the list goes on. And though my matches are always the highlight of the night, I don't think you fans deserve to watch, frankly. You loved me when I won that meaningless WWECW title, but hated me when I tried converting addicts and those who needed help like Luke Gallows to the Straight Edge Society. I try to something positive for you people and that was the thanks I got? I'm better than each and every one of you mindless, cracked out fans, using narcotics to make you feel a sense of happiness. Then we fast forward to the point where I broke the fourth wall of wrestling. As I started speaking my uncensored mind and not pre-written speeches. I preached to the WWE about the shape it was in, and everyone all of a sudden loves CM Punk again? You people don't deserve to watch me perform. So no CM Punk match tonight, guys. Instead, the fan base sitting at home, are going to be graced with the Voice of the Voiceless tonight, while I give good ol' JR, King, and Cole a hand with commentary.
But I do want to announce a wrestler that you that will be filling up the CM Punk slot of the card. As most of you know, WWE has recently picked up a few of the most talented wrestlers in professional wrestling today. One, being a good buddy of mine, and also a partner at one point in time. Ladies and gentlemen, this man's gonna be United States Champ in no time. He may be a future WWE Champion; if i'm not the holder of the title at that time, of course. Colt Cabana!
Match 2 Singles Match Colt Cabana vs Dolph Ziggler
As the match began Ziggler started out trash talking Cabana and said "I don't even know you, you're not in my league." Cabana responded with the Flying Asshole and took control from there. He held his own for a few minutes into the match. Ziggler catches him off guard with a low blow. Dolph then takes control until nearly the end of the match. He attempts the Zig Zag but Colt refused to be taken down, sending Ziggler to the mat. Colt lets him get back up and delivers some jabs and then an elbow, dazing Ziggler. Cabana finishes him off with the Colt .45.
He celebrates his victory as Punk claps and grins. "Now that's wrestling."
Match 3 Tag Team Match Grotesque vs Kings of Wrestling
A new team is introduced to the WWE as the Kings of Wrestling who make their debut tonight. They are set to take on the tag team champions, and what a debut it was. Both teams worked together very well. The Kings would help one another out when the ref wasn't looking, trying to take down the champions; even if it meant playing dirty. Lots of back and forth action went on. But Grotesque refused to take a beating. After frequent tags in and out, that champions got momentum on their side to finally end the match after Kane sent Hero to Hell with a Chokeslam. The Kings of Wrestling put up the biggest challenge for the tag champs yet, and they aim to get the titles in their hands.
After the match, the camera cuts to backstage. Dolph Ziggler is storming all over the place with rage. The Miz is also seen backstage doing an interview with Josh Matthews, and Ziggler runs up and attacks Miz. He hits him with multiple lefts and rights, lifts him up and plants him to the floor with a Zig Zag. He yells for a referee, pins Miz and gets the three count. Thus, becoming the new Hardcore Champion.
Match 4 Non-Title Singles Match Alex Riley vs Drew McIntyre
As Riley slides in the ring, McIntyre begins viciously kicking him in the skull. He kneels down beside A-Ry and hits him over and over with right hands. Drew drags Riley to the rope and begins choking him out with it. After a 4 count, he steps off, letting Riley back to his feet. Drew attempts an Irish Whip, but Riley counters and sends his opponent crashing down with a huge Spinebuster. McIntyre is up, then back down after a Dropkick. He starts to get back up but slides out of the ring instead to recover. Riley quickly exits the ring and smashes Drew head into the barricade 2 or 3 times, then slides him back in the ring. Riley goes in for the kill as he sets up for his finisher, but McIntyre slips out and delivers a Big Boot! Drew picks Alex (who appears to have a broken nose) up off the mat and ends it with the Future Shock.
Drew McIntyre pushes Riley out of the ring with his foot and demands a microphone.
You people call him a champion? I call him a disgrace to the WWE. I get taken off of last weeks card because you people would rather see your precious John Cena compete instead? What a joke. Look at what I just did to your United States Champion. I destroyed him. And that's what I aim to do to anyone else in the back that crosses my path. You're looking at the new face of the WWE, so remember my name. Riley, that title will soon be mine. And after I take your gold... (looks to the announce table) I'm coming for yours, Punk.
McIntyre stares Punk down, drops the mic, and heads backstage.
Main Event Number One Contender: WWE Championship Alberto Del Rio vs John Cena
The main event begins with a lock-up. It goes on the first few minutes with classic wrestling maneuvers. Neither man trying to do anything special yet, so they don't tire themselves out early on. The bout goes back and forth for some time. Cena goes for an Irish Whip, and Del Rio slides between his legs on the rebound, then pokes him in the eye. He takes advantage of this and gets the upper hand in the match-up. He goes for his patented Step Up Enziguiri in the corner, but Cena ducks, causing Alberto to faceplant right onto the mat. The crowd gets on Cena's side, giving him the momentum to take control of the match. He lets Del Rio get back up to his feet and hits multiple shoulder lariats, then does a Spinout Powerbomb. He hits the ropes for the 5 Knuckle Shuffle, but Ricardo Rodriguez grabs his foot. While Cena's attention is on Rodriguez, Del Rio makes it back to his feet and waits on Cena to turn around. Cena turns back to ADR and finds himself trapped in the Cross Armbreaker. Cena taps and Alberto becomes the Number One Contender.
Del Rio gets a mixed reaction of boos and cheers after his victory. Punk stands up from the commentary table and sneaks in the ring behind Del Rio. Alberto turns around and Punk has him up on his shoulders going for the GTS! But ADR escapes and runs at Punk, but he quickly slides out of the ring. Punk holds his title up in the air while he and Alberto Del Rio stare each other down. Punk walks bawkward to the top of the stage not taking his eyes of Del Rio and - The lights go out and a bolt of lightning hits the stage right behind CM Punk! And a single bell-like gong sounds. The lights come back on in an instant. Punk looks like he just saw a ghost, and the camera fades out.
