^ Just a little heads up on Prince of Persia, it's really good, but short as fuck. Hope you didn't pay full price for a game that lasts 2 days. There is some re-play value, however.

I picked up New Vegas today for 40 bucks as part of a sale at Gamestop. Liking it so far, but it's kind of slow...Fallout 3 shot me right into the action where as this is (hopefully) building up.

I prefer the start of New Vegas. You start out in the open and youre free to explore from the get-go, not run around in the vault. I just started playing New Vegas again today after a week or two of not playing it. Nearly level 30 now, and just found about 10 new locations.

I've changed my mind about New Vegas. I'm loving this now. The amount of side-quests I'm getting is great. I don't think I've advanced that much in the main story at all, looking at achievements.

Is new vegas a whole new game? And is it better than fallout 3? After I beat Uncharted, Uncharted 2, and Prince of Persia, I plan on getting New Vegas

Is new vegas a whole new game? And is it better than fallout 3? After I beat Uncharted, Uncharted 2, and Prince of Persia, I plan on getting New Vegas Yes, its a whole new game. It is not better than Fallout 3. Its the same graphics, lots of the same guns, same models, etc. It is basically an expansion pack, but on a MUCH larger scale. Its just Fallout 3 with:1) A new map about equal size as F3. 2) 120ish new quests. 3) New monsters such as the nightkin (super mutants that use stealth boys), fire-breathing geckos, bigger centaurs, bighorner sheep and giant praying mantis, among others. 4) A bunch of new weapons and armour. 5) A few new features, such as being able to upgrade ammunition (to incendiary, hollow point, armour piercing, etc.) Its not as exciting as Fallout 3 in the way that it sucks you into the world. Fallout 3 had a lifelink representation of DC, but New Vegas has a new version of Vegas. There are none of the real casinos, instead replaced by made-up ones, etc. Its still a GREAT game though, and ive spent a lot of time on it.

Hmm well idk if I have time for such a long game anymore, might not get a chance to play it anytime soon. However I just beat Uncharted and i loved it. Gonna go pick up Uncharted 2 when I get home this week.

Hmm, I need some PS3 recommendations. Something that's cheap. I have yet to play uncharted, so I'm planning on getting that, but other than that, I need some suggestions, please.

If you've never played Metal Gear Solid 4 and you've played previous Metal Gear Solid games, give it a go. My all-time favorite game right there.

I've been playing a lot of Fallout: New Vegas lately. I love it.

No more Black Ops. Needed the money for a bill more so got rid while the value's high. I did manage to complete the campaign and hoover up a few achievements which I knew I could get in one night.
Got Madden NFL 11 a while before that though and have been playing it here and there.
