Better than some of your past ones but still needs work. Shading is strange. Really look at the picture to see how the shading is, same with the faces. Really concentrate on it, and copy it as it is, instead of randomly putting parts together. This is one of your better ones though.

Your getting better, i do see some resemblance in the face, but it could still use some tweaking. The mouth needs to be a bit higher up, also maybe raise the forehead a tiny bit. The shirt could use a bit more shine to it if your going for the material in the reference pic, the symbol looks pretty cool though. Also, the shoulder pads curve on the lower part too much, try making it follow the line of the top part of the pad. Also, the pants; the designs look good but the shading is very pillowy, if you dont know what that is, im putting together a small tutorial for it soon, but basically its when you follow the same outline when shading, creating an unrealistic effect to the material. Lastly the feet are shaped a little ackwardly, try detailing them so that you get the effect that they are pointing towards the viewer if thats what your going for

Face reminds me of Ken Dykstra. Logos are all cool, and the attires are decent, though too pillowy. On the pants, don't follow the shading with every shade, as it ends up looking blurry. Give each shade it's own set of creases, etc.

You are improving. I like the design on the shirt and the ones on the tights. The elbow pads shouldn't be diagonal like they are though. The shading is all around pretty random, but it's not the worst I've seen. The face is lacking shading, which is what I think is what you have a problem with. There needs to be darker shading rather than just a pink-ish color slightly darker than the skintone, thatwill help show depth.
