* The Randy Orton injury is not a work by any means.
* The injury suffered during a match with The Big Show on RAW.
* WWE.com is reporting that Randy Orton suffered a concussion on RAW after Daniel Bryan hit him over the head with the World Title. We can't yet confirm where the injury occurred.
* It is expected that Mark Henry will replace him in the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. That should be announced at tonight's SmackDown tapings which is in progress.

Pretty bad timing for him to be out with an injury but maybe it isn't too serious

Why wasnt Khali the one to get a concussion and being replaced in the Elimination Chamber? sight.
Yeah sucks that Randy got injured, cause he was a very important part of the Smackdown Elimination Chamber.

A guy on WF had a scenario that involved Jericho winning the WWE Title in the Raw match and then entering the Smackdown one and winning it to unify the titles, which sounds cool but I think a WrestleMania Unification Match would be better. Perhaps Punk vs Jericho vs Sheamus vs Bryan for both titles?

Hopefully they dont call it wreckless on Bryans behalf and depush him Pretty sure that would have been a cover story, considering those are usually protected by the hitter as he stops the shot before it hits the head. I wouldn't be surprised if it was due to Show botching the RKO or something, but I guess we will find out.

Spoilers: " Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett confront Teddy Long and want to know who is replacing Randy Orton at the Elimination Chamber. Teddy announces a battle royal to fill the final spot. He says a Superstar from RAW or SmackDown can compete." Could this mean the Jericho story might come to life?

I have a different report, AC.
ProWrestling.net reports... *spoilers*
"7. Santino Marella won a battle royal to claim Randy Orton's spot in the Elimination Chamber. The final four were Santino, Drew McIntyre, Ezekiel Jackson, and David Otunga. Drew was eliminated first, followed by Zeke. Crowd went nuts for Santino win."

I have a feeling it's Santino, which means it will come down to him and Bryan and he will tap out to the Lebell Lock
