Wow MoNjA. I didn't expect that you'll post it here. But as I said so many times before this micro is great. Why not post the other one too?

Looks pretty awesome except the hair looks too flat at the top,and it looks like he has no nose. But the rest is great imo.

I like this a lot. The belt is really good, and so is the hair. It just needs to be less flat looking. He also looks a little chunky. But other than that, good job.

oh wow this is really good for as second i though jsh was back, the only problem i see is the head being too square on top try and curve it more and it'll be brilliant. Great work.

Your best micro EASILY, but some things still need work. For one, you use WAY too many shades to achieve the same thing you could do with 4-5. I actually tried to attempt to modify it to show you instead of typing, but I couldn't as pretty much every square was a new shade.
Resemblence is awesome, hair is great, pose is great. Clothes, for the most part are great. Shading isn't bad, but could use work in some spots. The white armband is flat looking and the the facepaint is too, plus it's a mess from all the shades. The top of his forehead (as it goes into the hair) is too straight, as is the top of his hair. The torso is also a bit too thick.
That's about all I have to critique. A VERY good effort and it shows exactly how far you've come.

Nice try, but heres how to do it. Try to gradually change directions. Just zoom in on paint to see the difference.
