Big Ups to Hurricane for making my dreams come true. So yeah. College orientation tomorrow. Gonna be a political science major. Basically gonna be taught how to lie I guess. I kid. I just really wish it wasn't on a sunday. BUT. What would you do? I only have 2 friends going to college I am. Would you start over, make new friends and develop a new personality...or remain the same cheap, humorous bum you were in high school? I'm having like a clash of the minds...

Well, I can't say I'm one of the best students in school. I'm in advanced maths and advanced English, as well as doing year 11 subjexts (I'm in year 10). When I get to VCE I'm going to start new and buckle down and try to do extremely well.
What did you want to be when you were older? I figured you would continue with art, animations and design. Your going to be a politician?

I wanted to continue with art, animation and design. But my portfolio was given an unfair treatment of being incompatible with the mac computers they use. So I was forced to choose another major, and I was always interested in politics. Seeing how there's not much open in that field I've quickly changed my mind.
Also, upon seeing how my few friends who are attending this school who are also in Digital Media/Graphic Design have an incredibly rough schedule (8 AM - 7 PM every week day) I've decided against trying again. Besides, I already have a vocational degree which deems me to make more than the minimum payment in that field. I'd want something to fall back on incase something goes wrong with graphic design and animation. So I assume English or History as a major would help greatly.
To be perfectly honest though, I think I chose Political Science because I was caught up in the debates and elections last November here in the U.S. I also LOVE public speaking but can't see myself doing it in the long run.

Its like weird how in the campus stores they have text books, school merchandies (hoodies, hats, shirts, shoes, etc), magazines (playboy, marijuana books, WWE magazine), and sex stuff. It's crazy.
Dorms are so cool too. My classes, I start at 8 AM, I'm out by 10 on some days, and other days I get out at 1.

I'm thinking not Higher, so it had to be Intermediate or Foundation. For those who don't know, each of the 3 levels has the same grades, except the highest you can get in Foundation is a C, but the questions are hella easier because it's basically aimed at retards.

Is college the equivelent of University here? We have 6 years of primary school and 6 years of secondary (high school) then university is optional afterwards.

Yeah, Technically I'm attending a university. It's called University of Massachusetts Dartmouth It's made up of like 5 colleges though. So yeah, University is the same as college I guess. But in other news, I met a chick today, whom I've actually known since middle school but like we never talked so yeah...and I hit it off well with her. We'll see what happens.
