Just a topic that I think COULD help this section stay alive (since I feel like it's kinda my responsibility now that I'm moderator). Basically, someone just introduces a topic and members can discuss about that certain topic OR introduce a new topic for others to talk about too.
I think I'll start this one, what do you guys think of Nexus? I really feel like WWE did a really good job making them credible. I mean, think about it, almost everyone thought NXT is gonna be a disappointment (and it arguably was) but they managed to turn it into something that affected everything in the WWE. 8 guys that people barely know of (except for avid indy watchers) turns into 8 credible guys (most of them are) who just destroys those in their path. It's kinda sad that they're only 6 now though (5 since Skip's injured).

Nice idea.
I think they started off well, but theyve been buried too much. They should have followed up the beatdowns by having them destroy main eventers in matches, win at PPVs, give them tag titles/midcard title, etc.
ill leave it for now.

I liked the Nexus. It's gotten repetitive though, to the point where I don't want to watch RAW if they're going to do the same old crap.

Nexus managed to do something that hadnt happened in a while, they made everybody talk about them, in most wrestling forums or w/e its the trending topic atm.

I kinda agree with KOK. It started to get a little too repetitive when they just beat down someone every week. WWE should've at least let them win at SS so they could've something to brag about.

I've only seen Nexus 3 times so I haven't grown bored of them. I watched as they destroyed the ring and thought it was one of the coolest things I'd seen in years. Barrett has the chance to be more than William Regal ever was and I hope they utilise him right. The guy needs to be champ in the next year or two.

I disagree that he should be champ soon. I like slowbuilds, so when they get the title, they finally deserve it and havent cut the line. I say give him a 6 month run as IC Champion, throw him in main event every now and then, give him a few big wins, then a huge title match (which he loses), then finally wins it on the second try.

^That's a better way to build people but with the way WWE's been building up the young guys lately, they'll probably rush it.

Speaking of young guys that should win the title.
The Miz.
He's grown a lot as a superstar, even if you don't like him, it's painfully obvious that you gotta respect how far he's come. The turning point, being that promo he did as US Champion, about how he was eating chicken in the locker room and JBL banned him when he spilled crumbs in Charles Robinson's bag. He's not the best superstar, no, but he's made that jump from IC/US champion to, "I'd take him seriously as WWE Champion" moreso than I did Sheamus at first, because lord knows he was a terrible champion when he was first winning the belt. It's great however, to see ECW brand build talent. Sheamus, Miz, Morrison, Bourne, and a few others all got their starts on ECW.

I used to HATE the Miz, like full on hate him. He has grown so much. Hes improved a bit in the ring, but he really shines on the mic. The man has charisma. I hope he gets a world title within a year-year and a half.

I don't really like the Miz that much. He's kinda over-rated if you ask me. I actually just started to hate him when he just used the US title as props when they could've at least given it to someone like Morrison or Bourne.

I have to agree bout the Miz being overrated. I mean he's improved,I used to absoloutely detest him, atleast now I can take him somewhat seriously but he still not who I would like to see as a champion tbh. He has alot of charisma, but I dunno about his actual mic skills,he seems to mess up his lines fairly often.

I don't think Miz is overrated, he is a very good wrestler, and great on the mic. Seeing his match vs Cena the other week on Raw, he has definitely improved since his match at SS with Cena, last year. He hits the SCF better than Jericho ever did, too.
He has created a massive internet fanbase (probably for wearing that anti-cena shirt at first) which has made him one of WWE's top heels. Also, considering the lack of main event heels on Raw, his push came quite quickly. The only thing I think is wrong with the Miz, is that WWE pushed him too quickly.
