For dinner I had typical Pepperoni Pizza. For breakfast, I had what's called a Sausage McMuffin (sausage, egg, cheese on an english muffin.) and for dinner, that remains to be seen!

Breakfast - Plain Oatmeal with raisins cup of milk with 1 scoop strawberry whey. Lunch - 2 Turkey breasts 100grams grain rice Dinner Chicken with noodles.
