To be honest, its not that great so far. It looks like your using the spec temp, but the clothes are more suited for a normal temp, shaping wise. Shading also looks really flat on the shirt, and the colar shaping just doesnt look right. Head shaping also looks unsuited for the guy when i compare it to reference images
But im glad to see you making micros again

Shading is very flat, as Alex said. I think you should use a more substantial shading style. I dont particularly mean more shades, I simply mean either that or the same amount, just used more to make more depth. Not a fan of the head, looks a little alien-shaped. Its not bad at all, but its nothing that will ever stand out. The style is very generic, and theres nothing there that puts your stamp on it.
Id like to see something more original, with more detail that grabs our attention, with a bit more shading.
