I reckon there is no intelligent life on that planet, nothing like us anyway. If that system is indeed 1 billion years older than us and therefore 1 billion years more evolved than us, you'd have thought they'd have contacted us by now. That tells me that we won't get there in the next billion years either.
The names they come up with for these planets are boring. HD85512b. Sounds like a scart lead for a TV or something.

I heard the USA government is already working on finding a way to send SPZ to live on the Samsung planet to fight overcrowding in USA.
