Pretty nice work dude. I think one thing to remember when working with a temp like this is you wanna keep the amount of shades consistant throughout the micro, so if the body has 6-7 shades, the attire should have around the same amount, it helps the micro flow a little better. Thats my only nitpick, the rest looks good, especially the camo pattern

I think he looks a little small, and the arms are a tad bit outta proportion. After a quick Google search, I found out he's actually Festus. The eyes could use work, they stand out a little too much. The camo looks good, but the whole thing all around just needs more shading.

Yeah I plan on adding more shades but I've been so out of the loop that I'm working my way back into it. Thanks for the comments though.

Arms are way too big for the rest. The face is also lacking, though a lot of mine do too. He has a relatively short face. If you look in your sig, you'll see that. I think if you shorten the head by cutting out one pixel of the nose, it could help. Plus the eyes look a bit off. Attire is all well done, except the shading. The camo is fantastic. The problem with the shading is that it just slightly leaves hints around the outside. It makes everything smooth, but it doesn't make it stand out or look 3D. Add creases and don't be afraid to cover more of the clothes with the shades.
Not bad at all, but you're still a bit rusty. Try to work on proportions and making it look 3D. I don't mean add more shades, I mean use the ones you have better. Looks decent though, it's definitely not a bad micro, it's just nothing groundbreaking.
