The torso should be thinner, as it just throws the rest of the body out and makes it look small. The shoulder area looks really flat, as does the outside of the thighs. Try to blend these areas so it's not just one straight line. You're improving rapidly though. Good so far, can't wait to see it after some mods and when it's finito.

Tattoos look great so far, try thinning the torso a bit like Cane said. The abs have the same problem as your original evan bourne micro, they look kinda fake and plastic, but then you editted it and it looked a lot better, try always sticking with this technique for the abs because it looks a lot better

You're using way too much AA around the outline. I'd personally recommend taking it all off, to make it more crisp. On the plus side, when I opened it in paint, you did do the AA very well. It doesn't work well for me around the outside, BUT you did it well. Head should be longer. Body isn't bad, but shading is slightly iffy in spots. Well, blending I guess. Some areas (like the chest, for example) jump from light to dark too quickly. Tattoos look good. Tights are great. I could keep saying more, but I'm lazy so heres a thing to show you:
