The attire is pretty good but the face looks too generic. Rhodes has more of a square jaw, and pronounced cheek bones. Try to single out any distinguishing features about his face and emphasize those.

Thanks. Ive updated it and added more detail to the face. Just I couldnt make the jaw more square without making it look weird.

Lips should be more distinct, same with the cheek muscles. The eye area should be more intense and the outside of the eyebrows look a bit odd. I like the body/attire.

The attire is pretty good but I don't really like the face, you could try to make the shape of his head more square.

Thanks. Ive updated it and added more detail to the face. Just I couldnt make the jaw more square without making it look weird. Just try looking around for micros with similar features and use them as reference. Most common temps feature broad jaw lines so try looking at those if your having trouble with the shaping

Also another thing. Try taking the black outline off the inside of the hair. Keep it on the outside, but on the face, leave it just as normal brown without a black outline. Helps blend it and make it look more natural.

@ Alex: I've actually changed the eyebrows and added a darker shade of the skin tone next to the eyes. @ Hurri: Update:
