It does look good so far except for the head. I suggest you completely remake that..

The attire looks really great, The hair is the only parti think brings the micro down. The shading lacks contrast and the black lines highlight that, I wouldnt suggest using black lines in blonde hair. It works for the outline but in the hair it just contrasts too much. Try using a darker shade of blonde and blend it in the hair with AA

Yeah, I am reworking the hair now. At first, I thought it looked ok, but have since realised it's way too bright.

Updated, With the AA fixed in some places, (namely the boots) and the hair is re done.
