Wow, it's pretty good, your best in quite a long time. Head looks a bit short, and the tights/boots/kneepads should be the same colour, but apart from that, I love it.

Just make the forehead a pixel taller. I'd also think about modding the torso definition, as heaps of people have used that template and it doesn't stand out as unique, which is what you want; people to remember it as yours.

The heads just realistically sized, rather than cartoony.

You could also try shortening the chest by a pixel or two, i tried it in paint and it makes the overall micro look more in proportion. Other than that it looks very good, I agree one of your best in a while
