The head looks out of place when you compare it to the body.

Again, tattoos and designs look awesome, the face is a little generic imo. The pose is very well done but the anatomy on the chest is a little off, and doesnt fit with the arms raised. The pecs should follow the shoulders as they raise, here's a quick edit i made  |
